Management and labour has communication gap which raises conflict between them. Most of the conflicts are petty, which due to non-dialogue escalates and result in layoffs, strikes and other problems. Thus industry faces low production, less labour stay away, labour unrest leading to slow down of the market. Believing that Grievances and conflicts being inevitable part of employment our role is to manage conflict and promote sound labour relations. This is done by creating system and environment for handling conflicts. Our key objective is to ensure that whenever possible the parties in dispute resolves through consensus based process such as conciliation or mediation before reverting to arbitration or adjudication through Tribunal or labour Court. We facilitates sound communication between conflicting parties and encourage them for table meetings. We work on the motto “ If there is a problem then there must be a solution because there isn’t any lock which has no key”
