ESIC Matters

Most of the time the employees are not aware about the benefits of coverage under ESI. They are reluctant to get their wages cut for contribution to the same. They feel that these deductions just reduce their salaries with no or very less benefit. We educate and make them aware of the benefits they will receive by getting those deductions like medical aid and facilities for themselves and their families.
