Contract Act matters

Contract act came into existence in 1872.In the industry the management enters into a contract with the contractor to produce a given result for the establishment other than a mere supply of the product. The contractor is responsible for labour and its termination. Thus we provide legal guidance regarding such matters mainly termination, payments, ESI,EPF. We also guide contractor/licensor about terms and conditions that needed to be followed and whosoever obstructs such responsibilities are liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.
